What is the FINAL FANTASY BRAVE EXVIUS 2018 Fan Festa?
FFBE Fan Fest 2018 is a large two-day event custom-built for fans. The event brings the faces behind FINAL FANTASY BRAVE EXVIUS directly to the players through stage panels and activities, as well as exciting announcements on the latest game content. Additionally, the event space will have numerous in-game and physical interactive activities, opportunities to meet fellow players, live concerts, and much more!
When and where will the event take place?
The 2018 Fan Festa will be held on Saturday, December 8 and Sunday, December 9 at the Long Beach Convention Center in Long Beach, California.
2018 Fan Festa is a two-day event spanning Saturday, December 8. A full schedule and list of activities will be available at a later date.
How much are tickets to the event and what is included with a ticket?
Each ticket costs $40 USD (plus taxes and fees). There is a limit of 4 tickets per order. A ticket will provide entry the event on both Saturday and Sunday, as well as access to any event-specific in-game activities and physical gifts available during the event.
Are there special VIP tickets available?
Because everyone is a VIP, only general admission tickets will be available.
Are there any hotel discounts that can be applied to Fan Festa attendees?
Yes! We are offering discounts for rooms at the Westin Long Beach Hotel. Reservations may be made through the official FFBE Fan Festa 2018 webpage. Please note that discounted rooms are subject to availability and are provided on a first come first serve basis.
Is there an age limit for attendees?
Any minors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Is cosplay allowed? Does the venue have limitations on costume sizes/weapons?
Guests are encouraged to attend in cosplay, but please ensure that any costumes or props will not be a hindrance to other guests or disrupt the event’s flow of movement. Please be reminded that no sharp objects or weapons are permitted, and you may be asked to check-in any potentially hazardous objects prior to entry.

I purchased a ticket but am now unable to attend the event. Can I receive a refund?
All sales are final. Please ensure all of your plans are in order before purchasing any tickets.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Tickets are non-transferable.
Is photography allowed at the event?
Yes! We encourage all guests to share the excitement of the event. Photography of the venue and event activities is permitted, but please be mindful of other guests when taking photos.
To respect the privacy of our guests and employees, please refrain from taking photographs or video of anyone without their expressed permission.
Will there be photo opportunities and signing sessions with the development team?

The Long Beach Convention & Entertainment Center has more than 4,000 parking spaces around the Center in three parking garages and one ground level parking lot. Will there be food and drinks available at the venue?
Soft drinks and food will be available for purchase inside the venue, and a number of restaurants and eateries are within walking distance.
Will there be Wi-Fi at the venue?
Yes, we plan to have Wi-Fi available at the venue for attendees to use.
Can I attend for just one day?
Yes, a single ticket is valid for both days. However, as each day will feature different stage activities and panels, we strongly encourage you to attend both days to experience the most out of this event.
Will there be additional global Fan Festa events in other countries this year?
After the success of last year’s Fan Festa events, we decided to come back with an even bigger event to celebrate our 2nd Anniversary and unite the global community in one location. As such, this will be the only global Fan Festa held in 2018.
